We have 3 gym rooms, fully equipped and conveniently separated into a cardio room, a weighted machines room, and a strength room with power racks, benches and a free weights area. Our fully qualified fitness team are on hand to assist you in achieving your goals. We provide free Inductions and personalised programs for members and run a wide range of fitness classes open to both members and non-members. In addition to our gym rooms, we have a beautifully heated 18 metre swimming pool with separate baby pool. We provide Adult Swim lessons, kids swim lessons, 1 to 1 lessons and daily Aqua Aerobics classes.
